Abstract

This is the transcript of the National Resource Center on Reaching Victims webinar that summarizes the findings of their needs assessment to understand the factors contributing to some communities being underserved. The needs assessment summarizes why survivors may be unlikely to access services and why some grassroots programs face constraints in applying for certain funds, finding funds that meet needs, or building and sustaining partnerships between culturally specific programs and mainstream programs.
